Canadians worried about formation of coalition government in a row, Fear Low Turn out

2 minutes read

There are only four days left on the final day of the 44th election of Canada but the people’s interest especially the young generation is not at the desired pace. There are seniors who took part in elections on a serious note and voted in advance polling are once again worried on the probable formation of a coalition government.

A senior person who voted in last week’s advance polls, in an interview with the CurrentLine showed his concerns in the following words.

I voted in advance polls but the polling station was empty and nobody, in general, is talking about elections, especially the young generation has no concern about these things but the people like me have interests so there is a chance of low turnout.

“I am not happy with the present situation because once again minority government is coming and it’s a waste of people’s tax money” he said.

The average minority government will not run more than 18 months as per past experiences. I want a majority government and do not care who is going to win.

On the question about the elections issues like Vaccine and Housing, he replied abruptly.

“These issues are pretty clear but people are concerned, they are undecided because especially the politicians are not fulfilling their promises” He replied.

In His opinion housing prices is a limiting factor but the density in Toronto is increased.

“Land is limiting factor, increase in housing prices is normal but density has increased” he pictured his thoughts. my generation grew up with trees and suburbs in Toronto but the young generation did not. I do like the free economy, rental and other things related to housing will remain unaffordable in future but the density will generate the economic factor. therefore my opinion is housing prices in future remain unaffordable because of the high demand in Toronto.

On the question of opportunities for the young generation in the field of sports and healthy activities
He answered everything is ok and not the issue of elections.
He mentioned govt can not change the behaviors of individuals and this is the top problem, people have to change their behavior by themselves.
