Most surveys reveal that in the days since the pumping Justin Trudeau had taken the debate stage in order to achieve his six years as Premier, a slight but consistent Conservative lead has evaporated. But that’s the truth? The debate had no apparent winner, with all the leaders managing to gather their foundations and all of the leaders making better sense to people who witnessed the debate than to those who only heard about the discussion.
The survey indicated that 25 per cent of those who believe that there are “too restrictive” pandemic restrictions expect to vote (PPC). A further 37% would vote for the Conservatives. At the opposite end of the spectrum, Bernier is not supported by those who feel limits are “too lenient,” whereas O’Toole is favoured by 35%. It will continue to be tough for O’Toole as he navigates his position on vaccine mandates that the Tories are supported by both parties. However, the problem for folks who are anti-vaccine could be that Bernier is the only comfortable choice.
